Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chopped chicken cubes to 2 inch size further marinate it with tikka masala and all spices
* Step 2
Then marinate it for about an hour in freezer
* Step 3
Take a Kadai add oil let it turn hot till 180 degree then on medium flame add the chicken tikka pieces one after the other & fry until it’s golden then remove it
* Step 4
Besides take a coin of charcoal burn it add a tablespoon of ghee or oil then cover it well for 3 -5 minutes to infuse the smoke in it.
* Step 5
Lastly drizzle some lime juice and serve it hot with mint chutney/dip looks delicious chicken tikka..!
