Egg custard pudding

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a blender jar add in the eggs, cardamom powder, vanilla essence, custard powder, milk, sugar give it a nice blend until it’s very fluffy and foams well
* Step 2
Besides we will caramelise sugar in baking tin or in the dish which we choose to steam
* Step 3
Now once the caramelised layer is settled then pop in all the blended stuff we can also add chopped almonds slices optional on the caramel layer
* Step 4
Then steam it for around 30-35 minutes on low flame then check if it’s giggly steamed well then remove it and let it cool down to normal temperature
* Step 5
Then refrigerate for 1-2 hours then serve it cool.
* Step 6
Tip of the day : make sure while you steam it water must not drop in the tin in which pudding is being steamed so cover it well with foil paper or lid.the other is make sure the pudding is steamed well so while you chop in slices it will be rich & creamy like a cheese cake slice.
