Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash nicely and soak broken wheat in enough water for 2 hours
* Step 2
Now take a pan and heat the ghee and fry the cashew nuts and raisin until it becomes golden brown, remove it using spoon and keep aside.
* Step 3
Now in same ghee add broken wheat and stir fry on medium heat about 5 -10 mins until turns into the light brown colour.
* Step 4
For the syrup
Take 1 ½ cup water in a pan
Add cardamom powder and let it boil
Once it starts boiling add jaggery and let it dissolve on low heat
* Step 5
Take a tbsp of warm milk and add saffron to it.
* Step 6
Now add the saffron milk to wheat and stir
Once the jaggery is dissolved complete and water has become thick syrup add it to roasted broken wheat in the pan
* Step 7
Keep stirring and cover the pan so that it fry cooked nicely
* Step 8
When water is absolutely absorbed by wheat Add fried cashew raisin and mix it well, garnish with some more dry fruits and serve.
