Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak 1/2 cup soy beans overnight. Drain the water and pressure cook it with salt and little water.

* Step 2

Grind grated coconut, 1spoon coriander seeds, dried red chili and garlic in a blender with water as needed.

* Step 3

Heat pan with oil and temper with rai,curry leaves, haldi and hing.

* Step 4

Add one chopped onion and fry till transparent. Now add peanuts and sauté for a few seconds

* Step 5

Add ground paste and add cooked soybeans

* Step 6

Can add little water to mix well. Cook for 6 to 8 min or until water evaporates and Masala starts browning.

* Step 7
