Aloo makhana chaat tacos

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut boiled aloo in cubes
Take ghee in a non stick pan
Add aloo cubes and let them be crispy in oil on low flame
Keep turning the sides or evenly frying
* Step 2
Once they are done
Remove them in a plate and add makhanas
Roast makhanas too in the leftover ghee so that they get crispy.
* Step 3
Take them out in the same plate with aloo cubes and add black salt, chaat masala and red chilli powder. Add some roasted peanuts and pomegranate kernels too if you like.
* Step 4
Add in green and tamarind chutney as per the liking.
* Step 5
Give a toss to everything.
* Step 6
Now place them in the tacos shell with some green leaves.
I have used lettuce, you can garnish with coriander too
* Step 7
Pour some more chutneys over it and serve the aloo chaat tacos
