This is a healthy version of Chaat as Moong fritters arent deep fried but made in an appe pan
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Add cumin seeds, coriander leaves, hing, red chilli powder, baking soda, and salt to the paste and whisk nicely.
* Step 3
Mix well with hand to make the batter fluffy
* Step 4
Pour a Tbsp of batter in each indent and let it cook. Flip when done and let it cook from the other side too.
* Step 5
Take out when cooked completely
