Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take 2 potatoes. Wash and peel them.
* Step 2
Grate the potatoes with the help of a food grater.
* Step 3
Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add cornflour, salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
* Step 4
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add the potato mixture on it. Spread it evenly to make a pizza base.
* Step 5
Cook until it turns golden brown in colour from both sides.
Remove it from heat and place it on a board.
* Step 6
Spread pizza sauce over it.
Garnish with mozzarella cheese.
Top with the vegetables.
Place it on a baking tray.
* Step 7
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
* Step 8
Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes on top of it.
Cut it into slices.
Serve hot.
