Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoons of butter in a non-stick pan, add the broccoli florets and stalks and saute for 5 minutes.

* Step 2

Blend the broccoli in a mixer with half cup of water. Take the remaining 1tbs butter in the same pan and add the flour and sautee it for 2 minutes. Keep stirring avoiding getting burnt.

* Step 3

Make like white sauce but not too thick Add the milk slowly and mix well and bring to the boil. Simmer for 5 minutes.

* Step 4

Add the cinnamon powder salt, pepper and pureed broccoli and let it boil for a while.

* Step 5

Garnish with coriander leaves Serve hot.
