raw peanuts

1 cup

Yogurt

2 tbsp

Milk

1 tsp

Ghee

to taste

Salt

to taste

black pepper

2 teaspoon

Sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Remove the hard black flakes from makhane.

* Step 2

Take a wok Add ghee in it Now add raw peanuts and makhane to the ghee and let them roast on low flame.

* Step 3

Keep stirring to avoid burning

* Step 4

If you want you can roast raisins too in the same ghee.

* Step 5

Mix all the ingredients in beaten curd, add seasoning and serve chilled.
