Ingredient

1/4 cup

Almonds

1/4 cup

Cashewnuts

2 tbsp

raisins

1/4 cup

walnuts

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dry roast almonds, cashews, walnuts and pistachios in a microwave bowl, one after the other for about 1 minute each.

* Step 2

Roughly chop them on cooling.

* Step 3

Now chop the dates or pulse them too in the food processor along with dry fruits and raisins till all come together as a mass. Take it out in a big bowl.

* Step 4

Now mix everything again using hands

* Step 5

Take modak mould Keep little mixture in each and shape them up like modaks.

* Step 6

Tasty and sugar-less DATES & DRY FRUITS MODAKS are ready!
