Cabbage carrot sambharo warm salad

#technique5 Sambharo is a warm salad made by stir frying vegetables. It’s very light and nutritious

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and shred cabbage Peel the carrot and cut in strips.

* Step 2

Slit the green chillies lengthwise with one end intact.

* Step 3

Finely chop some coriander and set aside.

* Step 4

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot enough, add mustard seeds.

* Step 5

When the mustard seeds splutter, add green chillies and fry for few seconds.

* Step 6

Now add shred cabbage, grated carrot and required salt.

* Step 7

Add little sugar and stir well.

* Step 8

Crunch of the vegetables should be maintained

* Step 9

Garnish with Coriander leaves
