Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grate lauki Don’t squeeze the water

* Step 2

Take all the ingredients except sesame seeds in a bowl and bind like a dough.

* Step 3

If you find lauki more juicy add little more flour Try avoiding water

* Step 4

Heat a non stick pan

* Step 5

Sprinkle sesame seeds on it Now place thalipeeth on the hot pan Make a hole in the center- this will help in cooking properly from the middle

* Step 6

Cook on low flame Putting little oil on the edges Which will help in cooking Flip it over and let it cook on the other side

* Step 7

Take it out in a plate when it's Cooked well and is crispy.

* Step 8

Serve with tomato chutney or ketchup.
