Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak kidney beans overnight in water and pressure cook them with a little salt in water for 3-4 whistles.

* Step 2

Heat oil in pan and add ginger-garlic- chilli paste.

* Step 3

Saute it for a while, then add chopped onion and capsicum.

* Step 4

Once onion is soft and light brown, add boiled and roughly mashed kidney beans with potato and all spices.

* Step 5

Keep aside to cool down to room temperature. Make oval shaped kababs and roll them in bread crumbs.

* Step 6

Shallow fry them on non-stick pan or deep fry if you want, and serve hot with any chutney, ketchup or mayonnaise.
