Palak chana

PALAK CHANAis a healthy dish which I often make.
Whenever I make Chana I keep some boiled ones separately and then make it palak next day
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take ghee in a pan
Add whole cumin seeds
Add chopped onions
And ginger garlic paste
Saute for sometime
* Step 2
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder, salt and sauté
Add Ciba kitchen king masala and stir nicely. It gives a lovely flavor.
* Step 3
Add chopped or puréed tomatoes
When tomatoes become little soft add boiled Chana and sauté it for sometime
* Step 4
Let the masala cover chana well now add palak puree and cook for 2-3 minutes only so that raw smell of palak goes away
* Step 5
Don't cook for long otherwise palak will lose it's green colour
* Step 6
Garnish with pure ghee or butter
* Step 7
Note: leftover cooked chanas can also be used
