Had some leftover gajar halwa
Suddenly a few guests came
Now had to serve desserts
But wanted them in a different way
* Step 2
For this Take spring roll sheets
Place 2 tbsp of gajar halwa on a side
* Step 3
Make slurry with maida and water
* Step 4
Apply slurry on the sides of the sheet and roll like you do for spring rolls
* Step 5
Heat oil in a flat pan
When it becomes hot, fry the halwa rolls
Take out when it’s fried nicely
* Step 6
Keep on the absorbent paper
Cut slantingly
* Step 7
Serve hot halwa rolls with cold vanilla ice cream
