Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a large, fresh potato. You can peel it or leave little skin on, as per your choice.

* Step 2

Cut both the corners of potato.This helps to get uniform potato fries pieces.

* Step 3

Cut it like finger sized pieces with perfect cube. Soak all the potato pieces into ice cold water for 20 minutes, to get rid of excess starch from potato and makes fries crispy.

* Step 4

Now keep water for boiling and put potato pieces into hot boiling water for 10 minutes. This helps potato to cook slightly and fasten the process frying fries. Now drain off the potato pieces into a kitchen towel and wipe off any extra water.

* Step 5

Freeze the potatoes for minimum of 4 hours as this helps potato to be firm.

* Step 6

Now heat up the oil in a wok for frying the fries

* Step 7

Fry them second time on high flame till potatoes turn brown and crispy. Drain them for extra oil and sprinkle little salt & pepper over them and enjoy hot fries
