Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak 1 cup soya granules in warm water for just 10-15 minutes

* Step 2

In a pan put cooking oil Add whole cumin to it

* Step 3

When it splutters add chopped onions (optional) Finely chopped or grated ginger

* Step 4

Add turmeric, red chilli and coriander powder and salt as per your taste Saute for a minute then add chopped tomatoes or puree

* Step 5

Now add soaked soya granules and mix well Put small cubes of paneer and cover the pan fr 5-7 minutes

* Step 6

Remove the lid to check If done then just let it be on the flame for 4-5 minutes to let the water dry if any

* Step 7

Serve hot with phulka or parantha. It's a quick and nutritious recipe

* Step 8

Garnish with coriander leaves
