Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan and put ghee. Roast Besan in that pan till you get slight aroma. Don’t brown it.
* Step 2
Chop onions, green chilli and grate or chop ginger. Keep chopped and cleaned Coriander leaves aside.
* Step 3
Mix all the ingredients of filling and add the dry masalas
* Step 4
Take little portion of kneaded wheat flour and roll a bit. Apply ghee. Place little filling on the rolled portion
* Step 5
Close it carefully and roll into big size parantha carefully avoiding fillings to come out
* Step 6
Now place the rolled out parantha over the hot tawa
* Step 7
Turn side when cooked a bit. Apply ghee/oil on that side.
* Step 8
Flip it again and apply some more ghee
* Step 9
Once both the sides are cooked nicely and are crispy take it out in a plate
* Step 10
Serve hot with butter and curd
