Aloo Arbi Chaat
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a big bowl take all the ingredients-
boiled & mashed Arbi, boiled & mashed potatoes, Rajgira flour, Sendha Namak, red chilli powder to taste, Grated ginger
And finely chopped green chilli
* Step 2
Mix them well and shape up into round cakes like tikki/ cutlets
* Step 3
Keep a nonstick pan on flame
Add 2 tbsp oil/ ghee for shallow frying
* Step 4
When ghee is hot place tikkis and fry both the sides till crispy brown coating is seen
* Step 6
Place them in the serving plate and garnish with both the chutneys generously.
* Step 7
Add some pomegranate kernels and green leaves
* Step 8
Sprinkle chaat masala and enjoy
