Baby potatoes

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take mustard oil in an iron wok. Heat it up and then let it cool down

* Step 2

Now add whole cumin seeds. Once they crack add nicely washed and cut into halves potatoes and stir nicely

* Step 3

Add salt and stir again

* Step 4

Now cover it properly and keep covered on low flame for 5-7 minutes.

* Step 5

Keep stirring in between till the potatoes are done and add crushed black pepper and chopped coriander leaves in the last stir just before serving to retain the flavour

* Step 6

Enjoy with roti or parantha
