Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dry roast bengal gram till it pops.
* Step 2
Grind bengal gram, coconut, garlic, chillies, coriander leaf and salt with out adding water. Then add water blend again.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a pan add mustard and garlic after garlic become golden add curry leaf red chilli. Add this to chutney mix and serve with dosa.
