Moongdaal dosa/ pesarittu (my style)

Ingredient

1 cup

moongdaal

1 cup

coconut

1 tablespoon

rice flour

1 tablespoon

besan

as needed

Oil

to taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak moongdaal overnight. Grind it morning to a smooth batter.

* Step 2

Grind coconut to a smooth paste add it to batter. Add rice flour and besan mix well.

* Step 3

Add onions, coriander leaves and chillies.

Add salt keep it for 30 minutes. Batter consistency like dosa batter.

Spread dosa batter on hot tawa apply oil. Cover lid cook 30 sec flip and cook.

Enjoy with chutney
