Chicken chakna
#cookpadturns2. It's a street food in Karnataka prepared on tawa.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinate chicken with curd, chill powder, dhaniya powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric and salt. Keep it in refrigerator for 30min or can use directly marinated chicken will be more tasty.
* Step 2
In a frying take marinate chicken and cook for 10 min in medium flame with 1 tablespoon of oil.
* Step 3
Chicken will become like this.
* Step 4
Heat oil on tawa add onions, chilli, tomatoes and curry leaves mix don't fry.
* Step 5
Add chicken immediately mix well and slow roast in medium flame.
* Step 6
Chicken will star leaving oil. Add pudina leaves and pepper
* Step 7
Keep rostind till chicken becomes tender and dry
* Step 8
At this stage rost in high flame for 5min
