Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Keep all the ingredients near the cooking side.
* Step 2
Boil half tablespoon oil in the kadhai.
Add garlic, ginger, dry red chillies and cinnamon stick one after another fry for a minute in low medium heat.
Add black pepper,add
chopped onions and saute for a minute more.
Add melon seeds and cashewnut and cook to continue.
And cook the whole till softened.
* Step 3
Now add chopped tomatoes and saute for another two minutes or till the gravy is softened.
* Step 4
Add 1&1/2 cup of water to the kadhai and cook under medium heat till the gravy is messed.
And keep aside for cooling completely.
Put the gravy to the grinder jar and make a puree,and keep aside.
* Step 5
Take another kadhai.
Heat oil and ghee in the heated kadhai.
Add bay leaves, hing, jeera, cardamoms and saute for few seconds.
Now add the masala puree to the kadhai.
Add turmeric powder, little red chilli powder, cook under medium high heat and saute
for few minutes.
Add rose water.
And saute to continue.
Add curd to the kadhai and cook under low medium heat.
Add paneer pieces, crushed dry fenugreek leaves
* Step 6
Add grated khoya and mix evenly and cook under medium low heat.
And cook till done.
* Step 7
Delicious Shahi Paneer is ready to serve.
It is best the best menu with rice or paratha. Please try it.
