Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make a thick paste of besan,turmeric powder, chilli powder, lime juice,black salt, little water and pinch of baking powder,add one teaspoon boiled oi and give a good mix.
Add dry spinach leaves one by one and put inthe heated oil in the non-stick pan.
Fry the spinach carefully until the spinach is ready to serve.

Take a bowl add all ingredients except spinach fry, mix evenly.
