Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add oats,peanuts, black pepper in the grinder jar and grind it until pureed.
Put the powered oats in the mixing bowl add curd,milk powder and oil
* Step 2
Add chopped veggies and mix evenly
* Step 3
Add lime juice, and one egg 🥚add black salt and baking powder.
* Step 4
Mix evenly and combine all ingredients well.
Make thick batter.
* Step 5
Put the small amount of batter to the properly heated nonstick pan,
Spread the batter around the sides. Add little oil around the sides of the pancakes.
Now cover with the lid.
* Step 6
Cook both sides after flipping.
* Step 7
Do all the pancakes in the same manner.
* Step 8
Yummy healthy pancakes are ready to eat, and serves with chutney and hot coffee
