Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Keep all the ingredients near cooking side.
Boil chicken breast pieces with adequate water and salt, give two whistles and keep aside.
Keep rest till the vapor goes automatically.
* Step 2
Make small strips of boiled chicken pieces, and separate the stock of chicken.
* Step 3
Now boil the chicken stock along with all vegetables except onion, garlic and green onions.
Boil till the vegetables are well cooked
* Step 4
Add chopped cooked chicken pieces, pepper powder, black salt and salt and cook to continue.
* Step 5
Add little lime juice, cornstarch mix and mix everything evenly and continue to stir.

Spread green onions and stir,

If needed add more boiled water and give a good mix.

Now in another side boil butter add garlic cook for few seconds. add chopped onion and saute for a minute or two in low flame.

Put the tadka in the chicken stue and stir it constantly until the gravy is nicely cooked.
