jeera

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil water put rice then strain the water and spread it to the plate.

* Step 2

Wash arhar dal with water and soaked in water for two hours.

Now put the dal,half teaspoon turmeric powder, half teaspoon red chilli powder, chopped tomatoes,as needed salt into the pressure cooker add required water and give three whistles and keep aside.

* Step 4

Boil mustard oil add chopped onions saute until tender add finely chopped garlic ginger, saute for a minute add half teaspoon turmeric powder, half teaspoon red chilli powder, jeera dhania powder, black pepper powder, garam masala powder mix well add tomato sauce cook another minute,now put boiled arhar dal mix well add more water if needed,check the salt and cook until done.
