* Step 1

Take a bowl add chopped potatoes add maida as needed and little salt mix well,and boil oil in the pan fry potato wedges well take time to fry all until tender. And Keep aside.

Now add more oil add chopped onions and chopped capsicum add little salt saute for few minutes add vinegar mix add fried potatoes add paprika powder, black pepper powder, ouster sauce mix well add tomato sauce mix, add chilli sauce mix well.add cornstarch mix with water cook this item in medium high heat and cook until done
