Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl put sooji and moida and baking soda mix well,put little water at a time knead well,take more time to knead it,cover with the lid and keep aside for half an hour. After a lapse of half_an_hour knead again, make balls from the dough roll it like a roti dough,take a cookie cutter and cut phuchka like dough and do all like it. And keep aside.
* Step 2
Boil oil in the heated skillet, add phuchka dough to the hot oil,fry well and keep aside.
* Step 3
Now heat a skillet without oil add all masala seeds which is mentioned above and fry it then blend it in the blender jar and keep aside.
* Step 4
Now put smashed potatoes, boiled chole,and blended masala powder as needed rock salt,mix well and keep aside.
* Step 5
Take another bowl put tamarind pulp, as needed water, rock salt, make a tamarind water.
* Step 6
Now arrange all, take a phuchka put potatoe mixture, and tamarind water squeeze the lemon juice into the phuchka.
