dry fenugreek leaves

milk powder

jeera/cumin seeds

1/2 teaspoon

hing/asafoetida

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil oil and ghee in a skillet, add bay leaf,add jeera, garam masala, saute for two minutes add onion mixture, saute add turmeric powder, black pepper powder, jeera dhania powder, add garam masala powder mix again add dry fenugreek leaves, add milk powder, mix it well add boiled rajma with water and salt mix well, cook until done and turn off the heat and keep aside.

Take a bowl put moida and ghee mix together add warm water little at at a time in a gap knead it for six to seven minutes and make a dough sprinkle it little oil and cover it with a lid and keep aside.

After ten to fifteen minutes remove the lid and knead the dough again,make balls from the dough and roll it and deep fry all.

Yummy healthy breakfast is ready to serve.
