Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a blender jar add beetroot, as needed salt, olive oil,curd,walnuts, lime juice, coriander leaves, blend it finely and keep aside.
* Step 2
Now add refined flour in the mixing bowl, add beetroot puree add little salt, little oil and water as needed evenly and knead a dough.it's not to be soft or hard and keep rest for twenty minutes. And after that make small balls from the dough.and rest another ten minutes.
* Step 3
You have to be make as I have given picture below from the balls.
* Step 4
Now roll the ball and fry both sides carefully.
* Step 5
And it's delicious. And serve with Yummy chicken curry.
