Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Paneer bhurggi_ put a pan in the heated oven,put ghee and oil at a time,boil properly.
* Step 2
Add bay leaf,jeera to the pan after cracking the oil add chopped tomatoes saute it add salt to the pan
* Step 3
Saute it and make sure tomatoes are soft and massey,add crushed ginger saute for a while,
* Step 4
Next add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and fresh black pepper powder,simmer for about four to five minutes,
* Step 5
Oil comes from the gravy,then put jeera dhania powder,and garam masala powder,mix well and saute
* Step 6
Now put oregano mix well put paneer pieces and crushed and mix with others very well add milk powder mix saute it till the gravy is well cooked.
* Step 7
Last but not the least put fresh milk cream to the gravy give it a well mix,delicious paneer bhurji is ready.
* Step 8
Boil rice in the pan of the heated oven when properly cooked drain the water,add to the serving plate
* Step 9
Perfect healthy one plate lunch is ready.
