Sooji Ka Halwa / semolia halwa

semolina

1 cup

sugar

2 tablespoons

raisins

2 tablespoons

chopped cashewnut

2 Cups

water

1/2 teaspoon

rose water

1 cup

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First heat two pan in two oven

Add sugar in one oven, in other ghee

* Step 3

Add the water in the sugar and keep for boiling along with crushed cardamom,

* Step 4

In other pan, when ghee is heated add the semolina, mix well fry until semolina is little red in colour and soft.

* Step 5

In other side add the saffron and saffron essence to the sugar, mix well, when it is completely boiled, then add to the semolina and turn on the flame of the same oven,

* Step 6

Now keep stirring the semolina. add raisins, cashewnut, almonds keep stirring, add rose water mix well,

* Step 7

Put the halwa to the serving dish spread remaining dry fruits to the dish, delicious halwa is ready.
