Aloo peanuts fry

1/3 teaspoon

red chilli powder

2 tablespoons

peanuts

As needed

water

1/2 tsp

lime juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First cut potatoes as thin as possible then add to the bowl of water, then rubbing the potatoes by using hands then soaked in water

* Step 2

Then drain the water and keep the potatoes near the oven

* Step 3

Wash the peanuts with the water and keep aside,

* Step 4

Heat the pan add the veg oil to the pan but don't use mustard oil,

* Step 5

Add the peanuts stir for few minutes then add the potatoes to the pan keep stir in full flame of the oven now add the red chilli powder then lime juice keep stirring

* Step 6

Now add the salt mix it well after few minutes crispy aloo fry is ready for serving.

* Step 7
