Soya keema wrap (chinese style)

Soya keema wrap in Chinese style is the result of my undying love for keema and Chinese food. #gharkakhana I can eat keema (minced chicken/mutton) twice or thrice a week. sounds crazy right? But obviously it's not that healthy specially the red meat. So, I thought of switching red meat with soya granules and now, I don't have to depend only on chicken and eggs, as soya is very high in protein and has many health benefits.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients

* Step 2

In a wok, add oil and heat it. Then add chopped garlic and saute it.

* Step 3

Once the galric turns a bit golden, add sliced onions and cook it till translucent.

* Step 4

Now add sliced capsicum and baby corns.

* Step 5

In the meanwhile, soak the soya granules in hot water and seive it.

* Step 6

After cooking the veggies for 1-2 mins add boiled corns.

* Step 7

Add salt

* Step 8

Add pepper

* Step 9

Add red chilli powder

* Step 10

Add black pepper

* Step 11

Add chilli flakes

* Step 12

Mix it well.

* Step 13

Add tomato ketchup

* Step 14

Add red chilli sauce

* Step 15

Add green chilli sauce

* Step 16

Add soya sauce and mix well

* Step 17

Add soya granules and mix it well.

* Step 18

Add chopped spring onion and lwt it cook for a minute and turn off the flame

* Step 19

Make tortillas usine maida or wheat dough

* Step 20

Put some soya filing on it.

* Step 21

Add some raw veggies and make a roll out of it.

* Step 22

Grease a hot pan and place the wrap on it.

* Step 23

Cook it from both sides

* Step 24

Serve with ketchup or chutney
