Indian -Style Potatoes

Indian -Style Potatoes

This dish is perfect with almost any meat dish (especially steaks, roasts) but also with fish or on its own!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the potatoes into quarters

* Step 2

Boil / steam the potatoes till almost tender, drain the potatoes and set aside

* Step 3

Heat a skillet then add the Cumin seeds till they're fragrant (1-2 minutes), add the oil and the Turmeric and heat for about a minute.

* Step 4

Add the potatoes and cook them over medium heat about 10 - 12 minutes till golden. Add salt as needed

* Step 5

Serve either warm or at room temperature
