Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Start boiling the cauliflower for 10 mins, after that take it off and add at the same water the shrimps for 5 mins.
* Step 2
Take off the shrimps and again at the same water add the rice, pepper, corn, peas and boil for 10mins, so it will stay the colour of the cauliflower at the rice and the taste of the shrimps.
* Step 3
In a pan add the olive oil, honey and garlic and put the shrimps. Mix and fry each side for 1-2 mins and take them out, do the same procedure with the cauliflower.
* Step 4
In a plate add the rice with the vegetables at the bottom, and add on top the shrimps and cauliflower, and pour any sauce left (if any). Enjoy!
