Chicken rice soup... always make it when i'm sick

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a small pan, saute the onion for 2 mins in oil.
* Step 2
In a pot, put the water with chicken and wait to boil. Add the onion, carrots, knorr, salt & pepper and rice and stir
* Step 3
Leave it to boil for about 20 mins, put the fresh coriander and its ready to serve.
* Step 4
(Optional, add some greek feta for more flavor) Enjoy!
