Baked Kabocha with Cheese

I often put this in my child's bento lunchbox.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the kabocha into 1cm pieces, wrap and microwave until soft. (1 minute at 500w)

* Step 2

Cut the softened kabocha into suitable sizes.

* Step 3

Put in an aluminum cup and top with cheese and panko.

* Step 4

Bake in the toaster for 4 minutes until the cheese has melted and the panko are golden.
