Watermelon Macédoine
This is a cold dessert perfect for summer. It's an Italian dessert of seasonal fruits marinated in a syrup. It's a great dish because of its beautiful jewel-like appearance, plus it can be made very easily.
Since it looks gorgeous, it's perfect for a party menu or to serve it to your guests.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Combine the ★ ingredients in a bowl and set it aside.
* Step 2
Peel the fruit, cut into bite-sized pieces, place in the bowl and coat with the ★ ingredients, mixing them together by hand.
* Step 3
Once the juice starts to come out of the fruit, chill it until ice cold in the refrigerator. Transfer it into a serving bowl and serve.
* Step 4
Top it with some ice cubes or herbs if desired and enjoy it with your friends!
