Avocado Cream Pasta

I had some leftover milk, so I came up with a pasta dish in which I could use it up. I thought I might need to add some flour, but the avocado actually thickened up nicely with just milk!

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 serving
100 grams

Pasta

100 ml

Milk

1 tbsp

Olive oil

1 pinch

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dice the avocado.

Heat the garlic in a frying pan until it becomes fragrant.

Fry the avocado.
Image step 3

* Step 4

Add the milk, soup stock cube and salt.
Image step 4

* Step 5

Stir it as it simmers until it thickens.

* Step 6

Remove from the heat, and mix in the boiled pasta.

Sprinkle with some black pepper, and it's done.
