Refreshing Melon Sherbet
I had some melon, so I wanted to use it in some way as I'm not really a fan of raw melon.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Remove the skin and seeds of the melon, chop, and place in a bowl. Add the sugar and lemon juice, mix, and place in the freezer as-is.
* Step 2
When it is hard and frozen, transfer to a blender and blend well until it has the consistency of a smoothie. It's also edible at this stage.
* Step 3
Transfer to a bowl or Tupperware, freeze for 2 hours, and enjoy.
