Done in 3 Minutes! Green Bell Peppers with Bonito Flakes
I whip this up when I want to add a touch of green to my bento. It's also delicious if you add sesame seeds instead of bonito flakes.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take the seeds out of the green bell peppers and slice it into 1 cm wide strips.
* Step 2
Microwave the green bell peppers! (Adjust the microwaving time accordingly. To retain their crispiness, keep an eye on them, being careful not to overcook them.)
* Step 3
Just mix in the bonito flakes and dashi soy sauce while the green bell peppers are still piping hot!!
