Pork and Egg Rice Bowl

I rearranged an authentic pork steak recipe and made a quick and easy rice bowl.

Ingredient

Egg

1 tbsp

Mirin

1 tsp

Sugar

2 tbsp

Soy sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine the ingredients for the sauce, and set aside. Thinly slice the pork shoulder roast and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Shred the cabbage.

Make a fried egg. Cook slowly over low heat without a lid. Cook until the egg yolk is half cooked!

Heat oil in a frying pan, and fry the pork. When it's 80% cooked through, pour in the sauce and coat the pork.

Put the rice in a bowl, place the cabbage, then the pork on top. Top with the fried egg, and pour on the sauce, then you're done!
