Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare the roasted chicken or to make it quicker buy one from grocery store. Get together all necessary ingredients.
* Step 2
Soak dried chiles (deseed them if you don't like it too spicy) and cut them into smaller pieces.
* Step 3
Roast peanuts, pumpkin seeds.
* Step 4
Chop dried apricots,peanuts, apple slices, and pumpkin seeds into smaller pieces.
* Step 5
Heat the pot, put in animal fat with chiles. Put all chopped ingredients in one by one and let them sit together for a few minutes.
* Step 6
Add in chicken broth and chocolate. It should look red orange. Add in the Dona Maria one tbsp at a time and stir to make sure it all melts.
* Step 7
To get a smoother paste put everything into a blender and blend.
* Step 8
Cut the rotisserie chicken and add the pieces to the pot or put the sauce on top of each piece. Serve with fried corns, rice or beans.
