3. (Dinner/Lunch) Lower Fat Beef Stroganoff

This beef stroganoff is a hearty beef stew packed with flavour. We recommend serving the beef stroganoff with rice or crusty baguette for dipping in the creamy sauce.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat a pan and fry the beef

* Step 2

Boil the rice

* Step 3

When the beef is almost cooked add mushrooms and decrease the heat and add salt and pepper

* Step 4

Add cream and soy and stir on low heat

* Step 5

Then add the tomato paste, Dijon mustard and beef stock. Stir and let it boil on low heat for 10 min
