This is one of my favourite pasta dishes. I always make it when I'm stocked up on fresh basil.
Ingredient
Food ration :
2 servings
160 grams
Spaghetti (1.6 mm)
100 ml
Basil Pesto
1 dash
Salt and pepper
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add 1 tablespoon salt to a pan of boiling water and boil the pasta.
* Step 2
Mix the boiled and drained pasta with the basil pesto and season with salt and pepper.
* Step 3
Transfer the mixture to a plate and sprinkle over some parmesan cheese and basil leaves to finish.
