I got a hold of cheap hamaguri clams so I decided to make a clear broth.

Ingredient

Water

1 dash

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Desand the clams.

* Step 2

Boil the water and add the dashi. Add the clams. Once the shells have opened up, add the ☆ ingredients.

* Step 3

Garnish with mitsuba or thin green onion and it's done!
