FAJITAS WITH GRILLED BEEF AND PEPPERS. JON STYLE
Fajitas are very popular in the United States. It is a fusion of Texan and Mexican food. It consists of grilled beef, cut into strips. It is served over flour tortillas with peppers, onion, cheddar cheese, sour cream, pico de gallo and guacamole.
They can also be made with chicken, fish and lamb.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
DIRECTIONS FOR MEXICAN BLEND SPICES
All measurements are level.
In a bowl mix all the spices. Put in a jar with a lid.
* Step 2
Season the beef with spices, salt, olive oil and marinate for 1 hour.
Light a grill with charcoal, wait until it turns white then roast the meat. Let it stand before cutting.
* Step 3
Season the peppers with the Mexican spices and olive oil. Put them in a pan with holes to roast them on the grill. Cook it al dente.
* Step 4
Heat the tortillas.
Cut the grilled beef into thin strips, mix with the peppers.
* Step 5
Place the sliced beef on tortillas, add any ingredients that you like.
Lettuces, sour cream, cheddar cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole.
